Christal Holmes joined Fulmer & Fulmer in 2015. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to Florida in 2002 to take a position as HR Director for a major Lakeland employer. While serving in this position she handled numerous labor and employment law issues which renewed her interest in a legal career. Working during the day and attending law school in the evenings at Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2011 and joined the Florida Bar in 2012. In 2014 Ms. Holmes decided to pursue her interest in Family Law. Her years of experience in Human Resources have given her the ability to be a very effective advocate for our clients, providing guidance and practical advice. Christal and her husband live in Lakeland where they are kept busy with their children, a motley crew of rescued cats and an unruly miniature dachshund.
Theresa Mangino is a first generation Italian, born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. Ms. Mangino married into the military, and lived on every continent except for Africa and Antarctica over a ten year period. She settled in Southern California for 35 years, and came to Florida in 2002. She received a Certificate of Completion in paralegal studies from Penn Foster Career College in Scranton, PA. She has worked as a paralegal in Worker’s Comp Law since 2003 and in the criminal defense industry from 2008 to currently with Fulmer & Fulmer, PA. Ms. Mangino is a licensed Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar since 2009.
Angie Kirkland was born in South Carolina, and moved to Bartow, Florida in 1975 where she was raised her whole life. She began her legal journey at the Clerk of Courts office as a Senior in High School. Later on in life, she worked for the State Attorney’s Office and Public Defender’s Office. In 2006, she ventured out into the private sector where she obtained more experience in Family Law, Criminal Guardianship, Dependency, Probate and Bankruptcy. During Ms. Kirkland’s private time, she enjoys spending time with her children. She has a son who served four years in the U.S. Army and a daughter who is a pre-teen.
Barbara Cline is a transplant from Miami in 2003, and calls Winter Haven home. She has over 31 years of experience as a legal assistant and Florida Registered Paralegal, with expertise in marital & family law, civil litigation, product liability, class action, personal injury, and criminal law. Barbara enjoys the teamwork and integrity at Fulmer & Fulmer, bringing the best results for each of their clients. After hours she enjoys time with family and friends, camping, boating, nature and outdoor activities and especially enjoy the beauty of the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.
Shannon Orrell was born and raised in Lakeland and is a seventh generation Florida native. She comes from a long line of attorneys and paralegals that instilled in her passion for her work and also respect for the law. After graduating from Florida Southern College, she moved to Atlanta, GA and earned her paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training. She has worked as a Civil/Personal Injury paralegal for more than 18 years. Ms. Orrell is dedicated to seeing our firm’s clients through the often difficult and stressful process. Her and her husband are enjoying raising their two children in her hometown.
